Description
The Customer Supply Chain Coordinator coordinates customer orders, procurement, inventory, logistics, invoicing, and supply chain operations from order receipt through delivery. The role serves as a customer and project manager contact, supports demand forecasting and supply planning, manages domestic and international shipments and customs compliance, collaborates with suppliers and logistics providers, monitors supply chain performance, and helps mitigate risks affecting customer commitments. The position requires a relevant college diploma or university degree, 3–7 years of experience, manufacturing experience, ERP and MRP experience, and strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
