Prokommunal is seeking a Customer Support and Software Implementation Specialist to join its nationwide Road Traffic competency team. The role provides first- and second-level support, records customer issues and requirements, coordinates solution strategies, supports software implementation projects, and helps organize VOIS|KFZ training sessions. Candidates should have vocational training or comparable experience in commercial, IT, or educational fields, ideally customer-support or software-implementation experience, and strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
