Strijp-T is hiring a Customer Support Specialist in Eindhoven to handle customer questions by phone and email, record and process customer information, resolve issues, identify process improvements, and improve customer satisfaction. The role is primarily a 32-hour part-time position with an option to extend to 40 hours, offers professional training and career progression, and pays €2,656–€3,800 gross per month depending on experience. Applicants need an MBO-4 or HBO qualification, customer-contact or service experience if holding an MBO diploma, strong spoken and written Dutch, and availability for 32 hours per week.
