Description
The Machining Process Engineer will evaluate and improve turning, milling, grinding, and CNC machining processes in an aerospace turbine-engine repair environment. The role leads continuous-improvement projects to reduce rework, improve quality and throughput, develops work instructions and tooling, and ensures compliance with FAA-approved technical data and industry standards. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a high school diploma/GED with at least five years of manufacturing experience, along with machining, CNC programming, blueprint-reading, tooling, and process-improvement expertise.
