The Customer Quality Engineer serves as the link between a customer plant and the manufacturing facility, performing first-level nonconformance analysis, verifying suspect product, maintaining test equipment, coordinating containment, reporting incidents, providing technical support, and developing customer relationships. The role requires 6–10 years of related work experience, a college degree with an engineering major, and computer-application training.
