Description
The employer is hiring a Customer Support/Translation Specialist to provide Mandarin/Cantonese and English customer support. The role is based onsite in Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia, on a permanent night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM or 10 PM to 7 AM, Monday to Friday, with regular Saturday and Sunday off. Candidates need fluent Mandarin, good English at B2/C1 level, and may be freshers or experienced translators or customer service candidates; SPM or diploma holders are considered. The basic salary is RM 4,000–5,000, with additional allowances and a total all-inclusive salary of RM 5,000–6,000+, plus a RM 1,000 joining bonus and medical benefits for the employee, spouse, and children.
