Normec Robalab, part of Normec Foodcare, is hiring a Customer Support Officer in Deurne to serve as the link between customers in the food, agri, and feed sectors and the laboratory. The role handles customer inquiries, explains analyses and reports, processes and follows up on assignments, coordinates with laboratory specialists, maintains administrative data, supports quotations, and contributes to service improvement. The position requires at least an MBO qualification, preferably in food technology or laboratory studies, strong customer service and communication skills, organization, prioritization, and a solution-oriented attitude. It offers a one-year contract with prospects of permanent employment, 32 or 40 hours per week, and a gross monthly salary of €2,600–€3,200 for full-time work.
