Infinidat is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to manage on-site customer activities, coordinate with technical and global operations teams, provide initial assistance for product-related phone and email inquiries, and maintain internal knowledge bases and workflows. The role is based in Herzliya Pituach, combines working from home and from the office, and requires availability for five shifts per week including nights and weekends.
