Percepta is hiring an Automotive Warranty Specialist in Campbellfield, Victoria, to assess automotive warranty and customer assistance requests for vehicles across Australia and New Zealand. The role reviews repair requests, claims, repair methods, labour times, warranty policies, technical information, and repair history; communicates with dealerships and Service Engineering; processes prior-approval requests; identifies technical trends; and provides guidance to the Customer Response Centre. Candidates should have practical automotive repair experience, ideally a Certificate III in Automotive Technology, and strong knowledge of diagnostics, repair methods, workshop processes, and technical documentation.
