Direct Communications is hiring a part-time Broadband Customer Support Representative in Maringouin, Louisiana, for approximately 25 hours per week during regular business hours. The role serves as the first point of contact for broadband customers, handling phone, email, and text inquiries; billing issues; account updates; routine troubleshooting; CRM recordkeeping; and follow-up. The position pays $16–$18 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Windows competency, internet and technology familiarity, customer service experience preferably in telecommunications or broadband, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and CRM proficiency.
