The role handles customer calls, emails, and web chats; answers product, warranty, and service inquiries; guides customers through website navigation and claim submissions; documents interactions; and recommends programs or products. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual English and Spanish ability, at least one year of customer-facing experience, and availability for Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., with in-office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
