HydX is hiring a Customer Support Representative for its Gothenburg office. The role serves as a central contact for customers, handling inquiries, quotations, orders, complaints, and follow-up while coordinating with sales, purchasing, production, and the warehouse. Responsibilities include preparing manufacturing orders, maintaining customer records in Pyramid and Lime, supporting customer visits, and contributing to business-system quality. The position requires customer support, order management, sales, or administrative experience; business-system experience; Swedish and English proficiency; and strong planning, prioritization, communication, and customer-service skills. Experience in hydraulics, technical sales, or manufacturing is advantageous.
