Helpware is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Uganda team. The role handles inbound and outbound calls, schedules and monitors transportation reservations for healthcare appointments, coordinates with health plan members, transportation providers, and healthcare facilities, and routes billing, benefit-balance, and account questions to internal teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree, C1–C2 English proficiency, strong communication and problem-solving skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
