CityBee is hiring a full-time Customer Support Specialist to provide customer support through email, online chat, phone, and other channels; collaborate with the support team; escalate issues; and assist new team members. The role requires a customer-oriented mindset, strong communication and organizational skills, Lithuanian fluency, good English, and flexibility for weekends and shifts.
