Description
Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Leader for its Willand store to lead a small team and manage the day-to-day running of the store. The role involves motivating and coaching staff, working hands-on with tills and the shop floor, supporting merchandising, stock accuracy, HR processes, sales, and community engagement, and may include work in the post office, bakery, or online services. It is a permanent part-time contract of 16 hours per week plus regular overtime, with shifts from 6am to 2:30pm or 2:30pm to 11:15pm and flexible availability including at least one weekend shift. The pay is £14.48 per hour, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.
