Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Leader for its Port Ellen store to lead a small team during closing shifts from mid-afternoon through late evening, including at least one weekend shift. The role involves managing store operations, coaching and supporting Customer Team Members, working on the shop floor and tills, supporting merchandising, stock accuracy, HR processes, sales, and community and membership growth. It is a permanent part-time contract of 12 hours per week plus regular overtime, paying £14.48 per hour, with no CV required and two online assessments.
