Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Leader in Kelty to lead a small store team and manage day-to-day operations, including customer service, tills, merchandising, stock accuracy, HR processes, and community engagement. The role is a permanent part-time contract of 16 hours per week plus regular overtime, with a 2pm–10pm working pattern including weekends, and pays £14.48 per hour. Retail, merchandising, or team-management skills are preferred, but prior experience is not essential.
