Description
Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Leader for its store at 6 - 7 The Square Pangbourne, Reading, RG8 7AG. The permanent part-time contract is 24 hours per week plus regular overtime, with closing shifts from mid-afternoon through late evening and at least one weekend shift requiring flexible availability. The role leads a small team, works hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supports store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes, and helps with community engagement and membership growth. Retail, merchandising, or team-management skills are preferred, but prior experience is not essential.
