Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member for its Market Square store in Petworth, GU28 0HA. The permanent part-time contract is 12 hours per week plus regular overtime, with closing shifts from mid-afternoon through late evening and at least one weekend shift requiring flexible availability. The role supports store operations, customer service, tills, shelf stocking, price and stock checks, safety and legal compliance, and community and membership promotion. Full paid training is provided, and prior retail experience is not essential.
