Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member for its Stump Hill Cross store in Sleaford. The permanent part-time contract is 16 hours per week plus regular overtime, with varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and at least one weekend shift. The role involves customer service, shop-floor and till work, stocking, price and stock checks, safety and legal compliance, and promotion of Co-op membership. Full paid training is provided, and prior retail experience is not essential.
