Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member for its Jubilee Road Old Railway Site store in Wadebridge. The permanent part-time contract is 14 hours per week plus regular overtime, with shifts from 5:30am to 10:30am on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, plus flexible availability including at least one weekend shift. The role involves customer service, shop-floor and till work, in-store bakery duties, stocking, price and stock checks, safety and legal compliance, and community and membership promotion. Full paid training is provided, and applicants must be 18 or over; experience is not essential.
