Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member for its store in Upper Pendrill Court, Papworth Everard. The permanent part-time contract is 15 hours per week plus regular overtime, with shifts from 5pm to 10pm on Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday, plus flexible availability including at least one weekend shift. The role supports store operations, customer service, tills, shelf stocking, price and stock checks, safety and legal compliance, and community and membership promotion. Full paid training is provided, and prior retail experience is not essential.
