Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member for its store at 157-161 Hale Lane, Harrow, London. The permanent part-time contract is 14 hours per week plus regular overtime, with Saturday-to-Tuesday shifts from 2pm to 11pm and flexible availability including at least one weekend shift. The role supports store operations, customer service, tills, shelf stocking, price and stock checks, safety and legal compliance, and community and membership promotion. Full paid training is provided, and applicants must be 18 or over; prior retail experience is not essential.
