Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member for its store at 289-291 High Road, South Benfleet, SS7 5HA. The permanent part-time contract is 12 hours per week plus regular overtime, with varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and at least one weekend shift. The role involves customer service, shop-floor and till work, stocking shelves, checking prices and stock accuracy, maintaining safe and legal store conditions, and promoting Co-op membership. Full paid training is provided, and prior retail experience is not essential.
