Description
Aligned Data Centers is hiring a Customer Technical Program Manager to manage customer engagement and technical delivery across the data center lifecycle, from pre-sales and contract reviews through construction, fit-out, and post-delivery. The role coordinates with sales, solutions architects, platform delivery, design, construction, legal, and customer success teams; leads contract and change-management reviews; identifies project risks; monitors KPIs; and provides expertise in data center infrastructure. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or an equivalent field, strong communication and organizational skills, and preferably at least five years of data center design or project management experience. Compensation is $110,000–$175,000 plus bonus, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
