The role plans and executes customer qualification test cases, triages failures, reports qualification status, manages a small team of CTS test engineers, oversees lab infrastructure and equipment, coordinates test assignments and resources, and supports the transition to database-driven tracking and automated test execution. The position requires SSD qualification expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to perform hands-on bench testing; the expected salary is $99,560.00 to $165,930.00.
