BizCover is hiring a Customer Value Consultant to provide customer-focused support and personalized advice for small-business insurance customers. The role involves communicating through phone, email, and live chat; reviewing policies; assisting with amendments, renewals, and claims; identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities; monitoring insurance trends; and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience. It is a hybrid role with work-from-home flexibility and fully remote work available for candidates not based in Sydney.
