Description
Selector AI is hiring a full-time Customer Engineer to serve as the technical owner of enterprise customer relationships from proof of concept through production adoption and expansion. The role owns technical architecture, translates business requirements into engineering work items, leads architecture reviews and troubleshooting, and partners with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering. Required qualifications include at least three years of customer-facing technical experience, deep enterprise networking expertise, experience with enterprise observability or infrastructure monitoring platforms, and strong cloud and API knowledge. The role offers discretionary PTO, health insurance, a 401(k), bonus potential, and a salary of $175,000–$200,000.
