Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates to deliver vehicles to customers, load and unload cars onto haulers, inspect the haulers, complete customer paperwork, and maintain safe driving records. The role requires at least two years of customer-facing experience, physical activity for extended periods, English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and completion of required state licenses or notary processes. The schedule is 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., with seven-day availability and rotating days off, and pays $19–$21 per hour with performance-based growth.
