Description
The Customized Solutions CNC Operator reviews and validates drawings and work orders, converts approved drawings into CNC machine software, operates CNC equipment, inspects parts with precision measuring tools, prepares materials, performs cleaning and preventive maintenance, and collaborates with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to resolve production issues and improve processes. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, blueprint-reading ability, computer and production software proficiency, precision-measuring skills, and forklift experience; technical training, CNC machining or custom fabrication experience, Steinhauer or similar CNC experience, and machining-math or CNC-programming familiarity are preferred. The position is primarily indoors in a manufacturing environment and pays $25-$28 per hour.
