The Customs Brokerage Specialist coordinates freight documentation clearance with customs authorities, advises customers on customs regulations in origin and destination countries, handles compliance issues, duty and VAT processing, audits, regulatory updates, and staff training. The role requires 1–2 years of customs brokerage experience or relevant education, knowledge of Irish customs procedures and systems, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, email, and other PC-based software.
