Description
The Customs Brokerage Manager supports the smooth operation of a customs brokerage department by managing workloads, compliance, staffing development, customer relationships, reporting, refunds, audits, and system improvements. The role requires strong operations, compliance, communication, computer, and organizational skills; a high school degree or equivalent; U.S. work authorization without future visa sponsorship; and the ability to work overtime. The position is primarily desk-based and requires approximately 80% direct operations and 20% development and training.
