Description
The role is responsible for customs compliance, including adherence to the Union Customs Code and ATLAS, technical process ownership, export declaration preparation and release, tariff classification, origin determination, licensing and prohibition checks, liaison with customs authorities, audit support, policy and control documentation, risk analysis, escalation, archiving, and process optimization. The employer seeks an experienced professional with several years of customs and foreign trade experience, knowledge of tariff classification and ATLAS, a completed degree or commercial apprenticeship, strong German and English skills, and a structured, analytical working style.
