The Customs Brokerage Lead Agent is responsible for managing customs process flow, entering and tracking import and export data, communicating customs requirements to customers, preparing and submitting customs declarations, verifying declaration information, tracking files, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires strong communication, customer service, organizational and computer skills, Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency, and fluent English. It reports to a Customs Brokerage Lead Agent, Supervisor, or Manager and includes medical health plan coverage, paid leave, life insurance, stock purchase, training, and growth opportunities.
