The role focuses on customs compliance, reconciliation, reporting, audit review, CAPA and continuous improvement, customer support, and oversight of warehousing and ETSF requirements. It also supports operational metrics, customer retention, transition activities, and the potential operation of a customs warehouse in Bedford. The position requires at least two years of customs experience, knowledge of customs brokerage and CDS, customer focus, Microsoft Office proficiency, communication and teamwork skills, and a proactive leadership attitude.
