Seven Senders is hiring a Customs Operations Manager in Berlin to own and improve customs processes for e-commerce customers across the EU, UK, Norway, and Switzerland. The role uses the company’s Customs platform and automation tools for product classification, duties, and taxes; coordinates freight forwarders, hubs, warehouses, customs agents, and authorities; supports customers in scaling their businesses; and develops tailored processes, systems, and guidelines. The position requires at least three years of Customs Operations or customs process management experience, knowledge of export and import regulations, strong stakeholder communication, and German at a business-fluent level (C1+) plus English. It offers a flexible hybrid setup and flexible working hours.
