Seven Senders is hiring a Customs Operations Specialist to work as an individual contributor in its customs operations team in Berlin. The role owns compliant customs processes for EU, UK, Norway, and Switzerland customers; uses customs platforms and automation to classify products and determine duties and taxes; coordinates with freight forwarders, hubs, warehouses, customs brokers, and customs authorities; partners with e-commerce customers; and develops processes, systems, and guidelines. Candidates need at least three years of customs operations or customs process management experience, knowledge of import and export regulations, strong communication skills, and professional German and English proficiency. The position offers a hybrid model with flexible remote-office arrangements.
