The role supervises customs brokers, runners, administrative staff, and operations personnel at the Saltillo and/or Ramos Arizpe terminal, coordinating with warehouses, freight forwarders, transportation providers, and internal and external customers. Responsibilities include scheduling pre-inspections, arranging handling services, verifying customs documentation, supporting clearance procedures, monitoring operational events and dashboards, issuing administrative reports, analyzing runner productivity, and following up on escalations. The position requires at least three years of import/export operations experience in a customs brokerage agency, knowledge of logistics and customs clearance, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and transportation providers.
