DHL Global Forwarding is hiring a Customs Specialist / Customs Operations Specialist for its Hamburg Heykenaukamp location. The role prepares import and export customs declarations and transit documents in SAP GTS, monitors customs status and statutory deadlines, resolves disruptions, handles German customs search and enforcement proceedings, and coordinates with customers, customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other service providers. Applicants should have completed commercial training, preferably in forwarding and logistics services, knowledge of customs processing and SAP GTS, strong MS Office and German and English skills, and strong organizational abilities. The position offers permanent full-time employment, with FlexWork and part-time options available.
