Description
The Customs Operations Manager oversees import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, accurate documentation, inventory control, timely customs filings, and supply-chain continuity. The role coordinates foreign trade activities, manages relationships with customs brokers and suppliers, identifies and resolves compliance risks, and leads, trains, and develops the team while preparing performance reports and KPIs. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of customs or foreign trade experience are required.
