Description
The Cut & Pack Operator operates and monitors an automated system that cuts and packages sandpaper sheets, supporting production flow, product quality, equipment performance, safety, and housekeeping. The role includes loading rolls, machine setup and changeovers, SAP material verification, equipment operation, troubleshooting, quality inspections, documentation, and adherence to SOPs and 6S standards. A high school diploma or GED, basic math, multitasking, instruction-following, prolonged standing, and safe lifting of up to 40 pounds are required; previous manufacturing machine experience and SAP experience are preferred.
