Description
The Cutter Operator II at 4over is a manufacturing role responsible for setting up, adjusting, and safely operating cutting equipment to prepare printed product for packing, collating, or binding while meeting customer specifications and quality standards. The position works a 1st shift schedule Monday through Friday, primarily 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with hourly pay of $17.00 to $19.00 based on experience. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of related experience with Polar or Saber cutting machines, along with strong problem-solving, time management, attention to detail, communication, math, and safety awareness.
