Description

The Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Maintenance & Installation specialist will install, service, and repair HVAC systems on Ford vehicles, perform preventive maintenance and calibrations, document service actions, create test reports and dummy data for CWB patch validation, and support engineering and quality teams. The role also includes technical support and training for junior technicians, inventory tracking, compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives. Applicants need an associate degree or certification in HVAC technology or a related field, at least three years of automotive refrigeration and air-conditioning service experience, EPA Section 608 certification, familiarity with Ford vehicle HVAC systems and diagnostic tools, and a valid driver’s license.
