Tripadvisor is hiring an AI Project Manager to lead the design, deployment, and optimisation of AI-powered projects within its Customer Service Operations. The role manages AI and automation initiatives from discovery through deployment, coordinates with engineering and external vendors, monitors performance and compliance, and leads change management with customer-facing teams. It is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in the London or Oxford office, with three or more years of project management experience and demonstrated AI or digital transformation delivery experience.
