CXG is seeking freelance, project-based CXG Evaluators to visit premium auto dealerships, interact with sales advisors, and assess the luxury car buying experience. The role focuses on observing service quality, atmosphere, digital and in-person interactions, follow-up, and overall customer experience, then submitting honest and objective feedback through CXG’s structured questionnaires. Candidates must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license and access to a car, and be detail-oriented with an interest in automobiles and premium customer service.
