Description
CXG is seeking freelance, project-based CXG Evaluators to visit premium automobile dealerships, interact with sales consultants, observe the customer experience, and submit structured feedback through the CXG profile. The role requires being at least 18 years old, having a valid driver's license and access to a car, a strong interest in automobiles and premium customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to provide honest, objective feedback. Evaluators are paid per successfully completed mission and enjoy flexible scheduling.
