Description
The Production Worker performs a variety of tasks across L.B. Foster product production, including following safe work practices, maintaining a clean work area, completing work on time, lifting materials and products, inspecting equipment, setting up and operating basic machine tools, following work instructions, and collaborating with quality and production teams on process improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of production experience, physical ability to move objects, mathematical proficiency, good visual acuity, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
