Description
The Welder cuts and joins mild steel, stainless steel, and other materials; operates equipment to assemble structures; sets up and aligns components; welds in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions; and prepares surfaces with angle grinders and other tools. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, related technical-college education is a plus, and one year of manufacturing-welder experience or an internship while attending technical college.
