Description
The Manager, Cyber Assurance leads the enterprise cybersecurity continuous control testing program, overseeing control assessment strategy, governance, execution, reporting, remediation, and continuous improvement. The role manages a cybersecurity assurance team and partners with technology, risk, compliance, control owners, and business stakeholders. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8 to 12 years of progressive cybersecurity experience, including 3 or more years managing cybersecurity assurance, controls, risk, or audit professionals. The position is hybrid, with four days onsite and one day remote per week, and is available in Phoenix, Charlotte, Johnston, Boston, Westwood, Marlton, and Irving. The salary range is $175,000 to $221,000 per year plus an annual discretionary bonus, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
