Description
BCG is hiring a global Cybersecurity Operations Leader to build and mature its cybersecurity operations capability across the firm’s technology environment. The role will lead approximately 36 cybersecurity professionals, set strategy and performance expectations, integrate SOC, incident response, detection, vulnerability, offensive, and cloud security, and serve as senior incident commander during major cyber events. The leader will also advance detection engineering, security tooling, automation, threat monitoring, crisis preparedness, and cross-functional resilience, reporting to the CISO and working with IT, Legal, Privacy, and Communications. The role is based in London or Gurgaon, with a preference for candidates living within a commutable distance to the respective offices.
